Great experience. Tim was able to help us replace our wrecked 22 Corsair GT with a beautiful 23 Corsair GT. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly sales consultant. Smooth transaction with business personnel. We drove 300 miles to get this beautiful vehicle. Might have to do it again when it's time for another one. Can recommend with no hesitation.

Overall, I am always very happy with the service I receive when taking my car to Nick Mayer Ford/Lincoln. They are pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough! I waited quite a while this last time (about 2 1/2 hours) which I didn’t realize how long it would be until I got there but I understood why when it was explained what they had to do. If I’m being critical, the waiting room could be a little more comfortable but the beverages and snacks were a very welcomed treat! I highly recommend this service department!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO MORALS!!!! I was helping my elderly parents purchase a specific vehicle from this dealership. So we made an appointment (like we're supposed) to to come and purchase the vehicle. I even offered to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle and they said they don't do that anymore. My parents haven't purchased a new vehicle in over 22 years so this is a BIG deal to us! We both drove over an hour away to meet at the dealership for our appointment. I even confirmed that the vehicle was there and available before we left! The answer was yes we even pulled it out front for you. My mom was so excited! We get to the dealership on time for our appointment only to be told to wait in the lobby. We waited for OVER and HOUR with no answers. Only to finally be told that the vehicle was sold out from under us. SHAME ON YOU! No remorse from the employees or GM other than "sorry, we messed up"... What else would they do to sell cars? I will never think about doing business with this dealer.

Nick Mayer is home to an amazing team, from Meech at Ford, to my salesman John!!!! From entering the door to driving out in my new car, they were EXTREMELY accommodating and helpful. Their technology was A1 and they made the car buying process very simple which we don’t see too often. Did I say I LOVE my new Corsair!!!! For heavens sake, it has red interior! There aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for this entire team! Very knowledgeable and helpful!

I just purchased my 4th car from Nick Mayer. Why do I keep going back, because new or used, I have always gotten a great, reliable vehicle. My sales associate has taken the time to get to know me and my needs -- and calls from time to time just to make certain we are doing well and that we are still happy with the car we purchased. He also shares what is on the horizon with Lincoln. And when we needed to buy a used vehicle, he went above and beyond to find us a solid car that would fit our price range! Add to that, the service department is top notch! I feel like more of a good friend walking through the door of the dealership rather than just another sale.

Appointment for service engine light and eventually they said it would be 3-4 hours and said they could pick me up so I wouldn't have to wait. They called and said work is done but they couldn't pick me up now! I had to pay for an uber to get my suv from the service shop when I could've waited,they offered to bring me back then later declined to do so and told me I could come the next to pick it up. Had to pay extra for uber cause it was during busy hours This place has to better this is how customers who purchase new vehicles get treated?

The sales representatives were all wonderful. All very helpful and kind. No pressure what so ever. Our sales rep Tim was very helpful from start to finish. This man went above and beyond. The thing I really love about this dealership is I was able to just stop by after purchasing to get help and answers to some questions. Such as how to work some car technology and anything I was confused about. They didn't push all types of warranties and gave us the best they could within our budget. I couldn't be happier. I'd go back to them for a vehicle and I highly recommend this dealership.

Just overall not impressed with anything about this dealership. I bought a car 100% online and it seemed to be a great process. They sent me photos and videos of the car. Of course all the videos were with the windows rolled down. I get the car and the tint is all ripped up, bubbly, and holes in it. The car runs fine but they never told me it shifts really hard from 2nd to 3rd gear. Also when you accelerate hard, the car sputters and doesn’t want to go. Just beware of what you're buying if doing so online. Have them video a test drive and get photos with windows up and down. Also the sunshade on the panoramic sunroof doesn’t work right and crinkled up. It’s only $2000 to fix.
